Dave serves in northern Mexico working to develop a one-year Baja Bible school in Tijuana, the second stage of Caravans (for those who feel God is prodding them towards missions) and a Mexican sending agency. Dave has passion to recruit workers into God's harvest fields, spending time mentoring missionary candidates and teaching Perspectives courses.
